I am very satisfied with this store with their competitive pricing and their service personnel and they’re turned around times for commercial repairs. They also have quality equipment and are very knowledgeable. I myself am a commercial landscaper in the area and this is the second time I have made purchases from this store and I am very satisfied check them out you can’t go wrong.

Very disappointed. Drove a long distance and left work early specifically to drop off a brand-new Husqvarna trimmer for warranty service, as the Husqvarna website explicitly states this location "Offers Service." When I arrived, the employee at the front desk told me they don't do it. Complete waste of time and gas. Buyers beware—either call ahead to double-check or avoid Husqvarna products and their service network altogether.

Excellent experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my mower, got it running again, and made the whole process easy. Great customer service, highly recommend!

I have been a customer of Dickens for many years. The products they carry make maintaining our yard easy and our grass nice and green. The staff there are always very friendly and knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend them!

This is my first ever review and not a customer that is hard to satisfy. However, I am very disappointed in the service I received for repair of my Echo Leaf Blower. On 11/18/24 I took my blower in for service as I had installed a new carburetor and spark plug but it still would not start. I went to pick it up and they had replaced with another spark plug and gas filter. Fine not a big deal maybe I had the wrong plug. I tried starting in the parking lot and could not get it to crank. The mechanic came out and said I flooded it. I should note I have had the blower for 10 years and never flooded it before. He did get it started after messing with it for 5 minutes. The season was over so I ran the gas out. When I tried to start today I could not get it started. I called and ask if they warranty their work and explained it had not been used since the repair. Their answer... "sorry we do not you could have done something or something else went wrong". I find this unacceptable and will not be taking or buying anything in the future from this location. I should have known better when I could not get it started when I picked it up.
